Crispy Duck Breast coated in a Cherry Sauce, Served with New Potatoes and Selection of Vegetables

Served with Rosemary Sauté Potatoes, Carrots, Beans, and a Mint Cream
Salmon Supreme
Salmon marinated in Lime & Coriander served on a bed of asparagus with New Potatoes.
Wild Rice, Spinach & Honey Roast with Ruby Port (V)
A Blend of Wild Rice, baked with Spinach, mixed Nuts, Cheddar Cheese, & Crème Fraiche topped with a selection of Honey Roast Vegetables, enhanced with rich Ruby Port.
